Midnighter
Midnighter is a character belonging to the Wildstorm universe. He, along his husband Apollo, was created by Henry Bendix under a secret project with the intention to create superhumans of his own, without the knowlegde of his other project, Stormwatch, erasing midnighter's past life in the process. After him and Apollo escaped Bendix, they joined The Authority along Jenny Sparks, Jack Hawksmoor, The Engineer, Swift and The Doctor, a group of superhumans defending the multiverse from various threats.
Midnighter's powers consist from a computer installed into his brain, which allows him to visualize every possible movement his oponents could make during a fight, along with enhaced healing, speed, reflexes and durability. He has no trouble with killing thought many times when fighting people he makes sure to make them suffer without resorting to murder as his first option.
He is also the father of Jenny Quantum, the 21st century baby, whom he and Apollo adopted after their wedding in The Authority V1 #29.
